We are seeking a diligent Marketing Analyst to join Salesforce's Next Gen Platform team and drive our marketing operations through meticulous analysis and hands-on campaign management across web, organic social, paid social, content, and more.
Your ImpactAs a dedicated digital marketer who is curious, analytical, and has a passion for artificial intelligence, you'll play a crucial role in dissecting performance data, executing campaigns, and contributing to our overall marketing strategy.
Your analytical expertise will help pinpoint what works best for our audience segments and touchpoints throughout the marketing funnel.
As a vital contributor of the Next-Gen Platform team at Salesforce, you will:
Implement and monitor cross-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with our overall strategy and goals.
Analyze web traffic and user behavior to inform website optimizations and improve user journeys.
Participate in the culture of testing and experimentation by assisting in the design and execution of A/B and multivariate tests, interpreting the results, and suggesting improvements.
Support the development of a data-driven marketing approach by collaborating with the marketing and product teams, focusing on tactical execution based on data insights.
Assist in the comprehensive measurement and reporting of marketing analytics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best methodologies to implement new, innovative tactics.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing analytics, demonstrating a capacity to influence strategy through data insightsExperience with implementing and optimizing campaigns across digital channels, including social media platforms like Meta Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, and LinkedIn AdsFamiliarity with marketing attribution models and a knack for transforming analysis into actionable strategiesStrong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
Proficient in using Excel and/or Google Sheets, with a willingness to learn and master data visualization tools such as Tableau and Datorama, as well as Google AnalyticsExcellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex data insights in a clear and understandable manner to a variety of audiencesA collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to contribute to team successStrong analytical mind, driven problem-solver, and a drive to understand the 'why' as well as the 'what'Fluent in written and spoken English, with additional languages considered a plus.

For Colorado-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $110,600 to $152,200.
For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $121,800 to $167,400.
For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $132,800 to $182,600.
Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
