Intensive Care Clinical Nurse Specialist

About the Role:
This dynamic and strategic individual is entrusted with leading the Clinical Success Managers within their respective hospital(s) to produce change management.
This role will support Clinical Success Managers and our customers in reaching their goals of providing high-quality outcomes with the correct use of the Guardian system.
The individual is an outstanding communicator who can build strong relationships that will be leveraged to expand the use of the Guardian system or resolve conflicts and issues.

This position supports strategies for new hospital deployments, existing hospital expansions, and mentoring team members for success.
This individual will help maximize product compliance, accelerate adoption, and maintain successful outcomes.
Duties &
Responsibilities:
o Ensures correct use of their system to maximize compliance and outcomes in assigned Hospital(s) o Manage overall relationships within their respective hospital(s) o Effectively manage the overall productivity of the team members within their hospital(s).
o Mentor clinical personnel and assist in the performance of their duties, ensuring improvement in their professional skills o Manage overall relationships within their respective hospital(s) o Attend all required company meetings, including leadership meetings o Interview and train clinical team members within their region o Aid in creating repeatable processes to optimize operational and financial efficiencies o Partner closely with other cross-functional team members to translate business needs and product requirements into new solutions for customers o Monitor and manage customer accounts, identify issues, and develop solutions, escalating when necessary to ensure the project stays on track o Manage inventory requests for the hospital(s).
o Act as an internal champion for customers to drive product improvements & enhancements o Exhibit excellent virtual and in-person product demonstration and presentation skills o Develop customer success strategies, best practices, and customer support content o Maintain confidentiality and discretion in business relationships; exercise sound business judgment o Meet and maintain vendor credentialing requirements with immunizations and related medical requirements o Demonstrate flexibility, autonomy, self-motivation, and a high level of professionalism o Maintain customer-first mentality
Qualifications:
o Current RN licensure required with critical care experience.
Needing 5
years of ICU experience o Bachelor's degree required o Minimum of five years of experience training/managing/educating healthcare professionals o Experience with planning and leading multiple projects o Experience with Zoom, MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook preferred Requirements:
o Excellent relationship skills, soft skills- the ability to foster positive relationships quickly o Exceptional verbal and written communication skills o Strong attention to detail o Accountability and personal organization are essential o Ability to educate clinical personnel o Strong interpersonal aptitude; ability to build trust quickly o Deliberate listening skills o Ability to manage a remote team o Must be able to lift 25Ibs.

weight of the system) and deliver to different hospital locations o Physically able to turn patients in bed o Must have reliable transportation o Must be willing to travel by car or air for customer events, team, and company meetings; up to 75% of the timeTravel to San Antonio mostly every other week, sometimes week to week.
