Responsibilities:
o Match PO's to Vendor invoices, validate amounts and resolve variances o Timely and accurate input of vendor invoices to be paid o Ensure bills are paid within agreed-upon terms o Schedule payments to be sent out to vendors o Send remittance to vendors o Match payment transactions to bills in accounting system o Reconciling vendor statements to ensure past due invoices are paid o Reconciling Purchase Orders to final invoices to ensure accuracy o Answers vendor inquiries o Obtain proper approval for vendor invoices o Communicate with other teams to resolve discrepancies Basic
Qualifications:
o 2-3 years of experience working in the Finance team of a mid-sized business, preferably in the wholesale food and beverage or CPG industry o 1-2 years of experience working on A/P o High School degree #INAPR2024#LI-RI1 Recommended Skills Finance Foods Wholesaling Apply to this job.
