Role description:
Arcadis is seeking a highly experienced Project/Program Manager with extensive knowledge and expertise in transit systems to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale transit projects within dense urban environments.
This individual should possess exceptional leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of transit operations, and a proven track record of successful project management.
Role accountabilities:
Lead and oversee all aspects of transit projects/programs from initiation to completion.
Manage project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate with transit agencies, government entities, and other relevant stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Provide guidance and support to project team members.
Monitor project progress and performance, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications &
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

years of experience in transit project management.
Proven track record of managing operational rail transit systems.
Experience working on large projects exceeding $250
million in budget.
Demonstrated experience in managing projects within dense urban environments.
Expertise in multi-phase project/program management.
Strong understanding of design-build methodologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Experience working with transit agencies and government organizations.
Familiarity with relevant regulations and industry standards.

The salary range for this position is $140,000 - $200,000.
