Job Description:
BigFix is an enterprise wide, End-Point Management and Reporting Tool. Due to lacking one single tool to enable monitoring all end-point devices and being dependent on vendor reporting/monitoring, we decided to invest on a standard tool to enable us to monitor/manage/secure endpoint devices. Initial phase of the program consisted of building the core infrastructure for BigFix and deploying agents to enable endpoint device communications - servers, laptops/desktops and implementation of inventory & compliance modules.
2nd Phase of the program enabled:
Patch management for all devices including MACSoftware distribution, package migration from System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) to BigFixSetup Insights Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) & Initial reportsServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB)Remote control
We are deploying these agents to manufacturing environments at layer 3.
With this project, mainly IBS tools/ways of working will change. Change management will drive proper communications with plant community accordingly.TECHNOLOGY COMMUNICATIONS MANAGEMENT/INFORM:
Assist Regional Leads in providing the right information to the right people at the right time.
Coordinate with regional leads the distribution of monthly technology news leveraging multiple channels.
This includes pulling together the stories from technology leads, creating newsletter and updating website.Integrate other forms of online and offline communications channels where neededManage and send out coordinated tactical communications activities globally per waves of sites working with regional leads through building out communication toolkits and communications trackersComms plan development/enhancement as needed per site/waveAssist in copywriting as neededAssist in managing crisis communications advising stakeholders on sensitive communications via issues in delaysIdentifying interdependencies, challenges and risks for each wave to prepare accurate communicationsCoordinate and measure impact of comms and finding innovative ways to adjust plans to support behavioral shift to ensure change adoptionManage team sites where all materials and assets are to be stored for end users CHANGE ENABLEMENT/INSPIRE:
Drive readiness and transformation of our smaller scale projects impacting the region
Support Global Change Team with strategic development, planning and execution to deliver a change and engagement strategy that reflect business objectives for smaller scale projects in the region.Carrying out change readiness and analysis within regional deployments to identify impact to end usersAssist with stakeholder management where neededIdentifying interdependencies, challenges and risks for each deployment to prepare accurate communicationsCoordinate and measure impact of comms and finding innovative ways to adjust plans to support behavioral shift to ensure change adoptionAssist the Global change team in building internal engagement for ongoing projects and initiatives. AWARENESS, ADOPTION & SUPPORT/INTERACT:
Support success of End User Adoption of our solutions
Assist regional change leads with coordinating end user training including self-help solutionsAssist with bookings and coordination of events such as virtual webinars and in person sessions.Assist with regional upskilling of our tools within our internal ambassador network.Support Training and documentation.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
