Minimum
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in project management, including projects that involve multiple organizations and require planning and execution over multiple quarters.
4 years of experience working with product, engineering, or business intelligence teams, scoping requirements, prioritizing features requests, and helping to define product and program strategy.
3 years of experience deriving insights from data.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Experience working with product and engineering teams to build user-focused solutions, with a focus on UX.
Experience using TaskFlow and building automated task and process flows.
Experience structuring analysis and executive communications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to collaborate and drive outcomes with peers, cross-functional working groups, and internal and external partners.
Experience leading complex product and operational initiatives in a fast-growing, dynamic, and often ambiguous environment.
Ability to derive insights from data and visualize data to provide recommendations to varied stakeholders (e.

About the job As a Product and Operations Program Manager for the Google Cloud Learning Go-to-Market (GTM) team, you will work closely with cross-Product Area stakeholders, vendors, engineers, and product teams to support high-impact initiatives and key operational areas.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000-$191,000

Responsibilities Drive standardization across go-to-market (GTM) channels and programs.
Lead a data-driven approach within and outside the organization, fostering effective use of metrics to understand GTM business performance, track progress toward goals, identify trends, and pinpoint areas for optimization across the entire acquisition funnel.
Establish clear project management documentation, reporting standards, and communication protocols to ensure transparency, maintain alignment, and deliver regular project updates to relevant stakeholders.
Design and build informative dashboards or reports to track the effectiveness of GTM strategies over time.
