Systems Engineer - Looking for a sharp degreed Linux application support person with good Scripting skills.
Bash, Perl, Python who wants to learn
Responsibilities:
- Automating processes, deployments, day-to-day tasks via Chef, Ansible, Docker, UC4, scripts, etc.
- Execute applications deployments working with multiple infrastructure and development teams to successfully implement in controlled environments from QA Integration through production.
- Work with development and QA team to further enhance the deployment and support process.
- Support, troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
Document issues accordingly - Configure and maintain Middleware infrastructure.
- Facilitate collaboration between groups to achieve results quickly
- Help identify bottlenecks and areas of improvement.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical or Computer Engineering or related discipline is required.
- Experience working in and maintaining a Linux environment.
- Scripting experience in Bash, Perl, or Python
- Able to learn new technologies quickly
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
