SAP Platform Solutions Architect
Prestigious Global Corporation is seeking an SAP Platform Solutions Architect.
The SAP Platform Solutions Architect will be responsible for architecting and maintaining on-premise and cloud solution platforms for SAP's new dimensional products, including but not limited to:
SAP HANA (TOI), 5/4, SAP Hana Cloud Platform, SAP Fiori, and SAP SLT.
Responsibilities:
- Will help drive in-memory roadmap for enterprise systems to our global user community, including key responsibilities such as business relationship management, solution architecture, new solution proposals, and vendor management.
- Role includes active participation on team responsible for technical platforms including:
ERP/CRM/SCM Platforms, Business Intelligence Platforms, Big Data Platforms, Internet of Things (loT) Platforms, and In-Memory Platforms. - Lead Technical Architect for the entire portfolio of SAP New Dimensional products, including HANA TDI and Hana Cloud Platform stacks.
- Participant on team responsible for corporate ERP, BI, Big Data, and loT platforms,
- Key contributor for setting corporate direction and roadmap for SAP In-memory and UI-UX experience.
- Direct interaction, partnership, and leadership of business solution design for business units both in the US and abroad.
- SAP Technical responsibilities that include hands-on implementation expectations.
- Establish 3-year roadmap for implementing SAP New Dimensional products, including HANA and HANA 5/4.
- Lead no less than two IT projects annually, including all aspects of the project life cycle from ideation to successful implementation.
- Contribute to achieving and maintaining corporate SLAs in the areas of uptime, disaster recovery, high availability, and audit and controls (SOX, TTB, etc.
)
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 8-10 years of hands-on SAP Basis experience, including no less than three years with SAP HANA for both Business Warehouse and Suite.
- Senior level experience on both SAP ABAP and Java engines for SAP solutions including SAP ERP, SAP BW, SAP SCM
APO, SAP PI, SAP CRM, SAP SLT, SAP GRC, SAP - NetWeaver Gateway, SAP Solution Manager, SAP Fiori, and SAP Business Objects.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including ability to develop and present business case proposals to audiences that include business power users, VP, C-Level, etc.
- Demonstrable technical competency on technical solutions that include:
HDB, Oracle, MaxDB, Sybase ASE, Linux/Unix, Windows, High Availability, and Disaster - Recovery.
- OS/DB Migration experience using sapinst, migmon, distmon, HANA DMO, etc.
- Must be open to 10% international travel
Desired Oualifications:
- SAP HANA Administrator certification desired
- Development/Scripting experience with languages such as Korn/Bash Shell, Perl, Python, Java,Net, REST APIs a plus.
Infrastructure skills including hardware, network, storage, backup, operating systems, virtualization, and monitoring.
HANA 5/4, Hana 2.
0, Hana Enterprise Cloud, Vora, Tableau experience a plus.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
