About the Position:
The Head of Business Analytics develops company-wide data analysis and reporting solutions. This individual is expected analyze data from multiple internal and external sources and communicate their results and recommendations to senior management. The Head of Business Analytics works on initiatives that span the entire organization.
- Key leader providing analytical support, data, recommendations and analysis to our business stakeholders
- Develops in-depth understanding of underlying data, data structures, KPIs, and business uses of data to provide clear data visualizations and analysis
- Produce dashboards and reports for the various departments within the company.
- Maintain or update business intelligence tools, databases, dashboards, systems, or methods.
- Worked with Predictive modeling, Segmentation & Propensity models and experience in the area of prescriptive analytics
- Drives consistency in reporting and analysis across the company
- Assists with ongoing systems and process improvement initiatives to assure efficient data capture and reporting capability
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to provide continual improvement in business intelligence & systems landscape at the company
- Ad-hoc analysis as required to aid management decision making and business planning
- Establish and maintain a strong working relationship with our key business leaders to support them with any data, dashboards, or reporting needs they have
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Business, Economics, Information Systems, Statistics or related discipline
- 8
years of proven data analytics experience - Previous report and dashboard development experience using SSRS, Power BI, Tableau, Crystal or similar BI tools
- Advanced working knowledge of SQL Server database
- Track record of managing and improving complex processes and very strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Required Skill Set:
- Proficiency in Transact SQL
- Must have advanced Excel VBA, macros, v-lookup, formulas, and pivoting skills.
- Solid experience in scorecards, dashboards, visuals of analytics
- Experience with dashboard, data reporting and data manipulation tools, such as SSRS, SSAS, SSIS, and PowerBI
- Working knowledge of R/ Python
- Good analytical and problem solving skills

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
