Director, Digital Marketing

Kendall College is seeking a Digital Marketing Director to join our marketing services team. This position will define the strategic roadmap for all digital channels, including web, social, email, Search, and emerging platforms and manage the production and execution of all digital marketing initiatives to support domestic and international enrollment.
Responsibilities:
Provide digital strategy to support product development based on customer segmentation, channel and program strategies to optimize lead generation and conversion
Work alongside key stakeholders to define the vision, scope, and requirements for digital campaigns to create functional and strategic alignment across digital channels
Lead the strategy and execution for domestic and international paid search and social media
Oversee strategy, execution, testing, and reporting for email marketing and websites
Improve usability, design, content and conversion of websites and landing pages
Manage Digital Marketing Specialists
Manage all digital agency relationships and budgets to develop and deploy digital marketing strategies that support brand objectives and engage consumers
Provide weekly metrics reports
Work with other marketing and enrollment team members to ensure full digital integration across all marketing initiatives
Keep current with the latest web/mobile, search marketing, display and paid social industry information, trends and opportunities
Monitor competitive trends, evaluate relative program positioning, benchmark key competitors, and target areas for differentiation
External Requirements Education and
Experience:
Bachelor's degree; MBA a plus
4-6 years experience in digital marketing including Paid Search, Website Management, SEO, Email Campaigns, and Social Media
Experience in the .edu digital space a plus
Knowledgeable in website content management, HTML, SEO and marketing analytics, WordPress experience a plus
Basic to intermediate HTML and Photoshop skills
Strong analytical skills and metric driven with experience in developing digital marketing strategies
Proven record of managing and executing marketing programs that drive customer acquisition and retention
Excellent communication skills; an ability to create clear and compelling communications orally and in writing
Proficient in Google Analytics; other web analytics programs a plus

years experience leading and managing teams, including managing performance
Superior time management skills, creative problem solving skills and strong initiative to complete projects on time; must be able to work independently, multi-task and balance multiple projects at a time
Detail-oriented, curious and self-motivated

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
