Product Manager
With Emmi Solutions' intimate understanding of people and our expertise in behavioral and educational science and human-centered design, we deliver superior patient engagement through online, interactive multimedia programs and interactive voice response (IVR) calls that help leading healthcare organizations achieve their business objectives.

Roles and
Responsibilities:
Own various Products throughout their lifecycle
Drive Product activities across functional teams to ensure coordinated, on-time product delivery
Understand and communicate the Product's vision and strategic initiatives, and ensure alignment in all related activities
Support the agreed upon processes required to communicate and/or document Product requirements to the execution teams
Help other departments understand the details of the Products, and answer questions about overall Product direction
Ensure in-progress design and development teams are aligned with overall objectives/strategies
Help manage research/pilot/beta sites in conjunction with end users
Document, track, and help prioritize enhancement requests and bug fixes
Assist with release and feature launches by creating internal communication plans, providing all required training information to internal teams, and leading launch project plans
Research various topics using interviews with internal and external clients/prospects
Conduct research on vendors and competitors to identify those that are competitive or complementary to our solutions
Create and maintain product documentation including SOPs and best practices
Assist in maintaining the product marketing materials
Assist with gathering data for case studies, and ROI analysis
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications: Qualifications and Education:
College Degree preferred or equivalent years of experience
Bachelor's degree preferred
2-3
years' experience in Product Management, Analysis, Marketing or Development is Required
Strongly prefer at least 3 years' experience in Product Management at a software/technology company
Experience in healthcare preferred
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Self-motivator with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills Ability to interact with clients and project team members (both internal and external)
Ability to handle multiple tasks with rapidly changing priorities and deadlines
Proficient skills with Microsoft Office
Well-organized, detail oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
