Data Analyst Job Details
As a Data Analyst at NCSA you will evaluate our customer engagement data and provide actionable insights in order to drive operational improvements within membership retention. You will work closely with the data science team, contributing advanced analysis to support our sophisticated client engagement models. Responsibilities
Work with the accounts receivable, customer engagement and data science team to develop, implement, and optimize customer success strategies
Generate daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports and additional ad-hoc analyses as required
Present analytical findings to key stakeholders
Requirements
B.S. or M.A. in computationally intensive field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or economics
Experience using MySql/SQL or Postgres
Experience using Excel for data analysis
Experience using domo, tableau or equivalent
Experience with advanced statistical analysis using R, Matlab, Stata, SAS, Python or SPSS
