GIS Technical Analyst

As a member of the Technical Services Department, GIS team, your focus is to deliver post-sales support and solutions to Spillman Technologies Inc. customers. This involves answering technical GIS questions and resolving technical issues for customers running Spillman proprietary software in a Windows, Linux and Unix environment. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing assistance with ESRI applications inasmuch as they interact with Spillman proprietary software. As a primary point of contact for customers, you are responsible for maintaining and improving positive long term partnerships between Spillman Technologies Inc. and Spillman Customers.
Receives requests for computer technical assistance and problem resolution from customers or company employees.
Performs technical problem diagnostics and maintenance for Spillman software products to ensure efficient operation in the application environment.
Work with ESRI applications to help diagnose problems in the Spillman environment.
Professionally interact with GIS personnel to discuss items including, but not limited to map data, projections, and technical implementations.
Conducts required testing of modified programs to ensure that changes operate correctly and that they have no adverse impact on programs or systems operations.
May work on Project Teams for new or enhanced products to ensure supportability of product upon project completion.
Places appropriate priority on problems reported by customers or internal personnel.
Performs other duties and tasks as given by Technical Lead, Technical Services Department Manager, Technical Services Director, or Customer Services Executive Vice President.
Minimal travel.
Other duties as assigned.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
