Primary Job
Responsibilities:
Primarily responsible for review and approval of incoming paperwork using online reporting systems
Should be comfortable navigating online paperwork systems (or quick to learn)
Managing/monitoring account schedules, calendars and project sheets
Assisting staff with weekly deadlines
Conducting on-line research
Providing administrative support for marketing team, including invoicing, time sheets, filing, copying, shipping, mailing
Completing expense reports for senior staff
Provide assistance in establishing organized files, reports agendas, etc.
Experience, Qualifications, and Skills Required:
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills
Exceptional organizational skills, with keen attention to detail
Project management skills
Self-motivated
Multi-tasking ability; able to prioritize tasks
Willing/able to work flexible schedule as necessary
Team player
Effective, efficient problem solving skills
Anticipate and manage time effectively; consistently meet deadlines
Proficient in Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
Foster a healthy team dynamic; promote enthusiasm and pride in work
Bachelor's Degree in communications or marketing is preferred but not required
This is a part-time role up to 29 hours per week.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
