HR Business Partner
This role serves as the Business HR manager supporting key Asia Pacific business leaders based in Singapore by providing comprehensive HR services through developing and implementing HR strategies with business partner. Diagnoses organizational effectiveness gaps, designs and deploys interventions that enhance organizational effectiveness, manages financial considerations and business/employee risk. Drives the talent management processes. Manages leadership selection and assimilation.
Engages and utilizes HR core platforms / Centre of Excellence expertise as needed to obtain consultative support and common tools, systems, and processes. Performs operational activities in the area of selection, talent development, employee relations, compensation, benefits and systems. Partners directly with employees, managers, and business leaders to resolve HR issues and continually drive to enhance a positive inclusive company culture as an organization of choice recognized for its values, innovation, high integrity as well as a empowering & rewarding work place.
