Responsibilities
Responsible for ensuring the school-based fee-for-service billing processes meet the established standards of quality including reliability, usability and performance.
Responsibilities:
Maintain quality assurance policies and procedures Implement quality assurance standards Evaluate adequacy and suggest improvements of quality assurance standards Assist in creation of sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data Monitor, support, and track completion of the annual risk mitigation reviews for 25 state projects Monitor, support, and track completion of the contracts, compliance agreements, billing procedures, and client management procedures to ensure successful onboarding of new clients Monitor, support, and track completion of the monthly claiming cycle Quality Checklists required of claimers and projects before claim submittal for projects Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities Investigate client complaints and non-conformance issues Report audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions Monitor, support, and track completion of corrective and preventive actions Identify training needs and assist with training interventions to meet quality standards Support on-site audits conducted by external providers
Qualifications
Required Skills:
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office required Excellent written and verbal communications skills and time management skills Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities Ability to multi-task and prioritize work flow with strong organization skills Strong research and analytical skills Team player Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced, high growth environment Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of Quality Assurance
Required
Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred Certifications including Quality Auditor, Quality Engineer, Quality Improvement Associate, Six Sigma preferred Experience with Quality inspection, auditing, and testing preferred Experience with implementation of corrective action programs preferred Experience with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) federal requirements for school-based services preferred Experience with HIPAA and FERPA regulations preferred Experience with QIO-like entities preferred

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
