Community Support (Part-Time)

We are actively working to strengthen our Community Success team and develop a world class staff support operation. As a Community Success Agent, you are the front lines of Specialist communication part human resources agent, part customer experience professional, and part technology troubleshooter.
Responsibilities
What you'll do:
Assist Specialists with a variety of backgrounds, needs, and levels of technological proficiency across multiple channels of communication phone, chat, and email
Investigate and resolve payroll, tech, service delivery, and policy issues by understanding and navigating a complex and changing landscape of technology platforms
Handle sensitive employment information with care and compliance
Help improve develop and improve scalable processes in order to advance Shiftgig's mission to connect millions of workers with millions of shifts
Be an advocate for and champion of Shiftgig Specialists

Hours:
Our team offers support to our Specialists 7 days per week, from 6AM to 6PM, Monday through Friday and 8AM to 6PM on Saturdays and Sundays
We work a variety of schedules to accommodate business needs and we rotate schedules as a team
Available shifts are: 8AM - 12PM, 5 days per week including Saturday and Sunday OR 1PM - 6PM, 4 days per week including Saturday and Sunday
