The Senior Developer plays a crucial role in creating and maintaining the strategic partnership between business needs and technology delivery. The Senior Developer's role is to plan, design, develop and launch efficient systems and solutions in support of core organizational functions. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate and resolve issues, opportunities or problems in order to maximize the benefit of IT and Business investments.
The Senior Developer is highly experienced and has decision-making authority. He/she is self sufficient, requires no direct supervision, and mentors/coaches others.
Responsibilities
Critical role in making business critical middleware applications cloud enabled.
Lead the migration of and re-write of real time messaging and caching applications to the cloud
Leading the analysis, design and development of business critical applications.
Architecting solutions for the Data Enablement team leveraging appropriate tools and technology while working /consulting across multiple projects.
Evaluating and implementing of standards and procedures to support the application infrastructure.
Keeping abreast of new technologies, incorporating those technologies when appropriate and motivating others to utilize them.

BS/BA, preferably in a technical or scientific field or equivalent experience, education or training

Experience using caching technologies like TIBCO ActiveSpaces or Couchbase
Excellent understanding of cloud technologies and migrating applications to the cloud
Experience in Microsoft and Amazon cloud technologies
Proven experience migrating applications to and building applications in the cloud.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualifications
