Clinical Pharmacist - (SR31534)

Assumes a primary responsibility and accountability for the provision of safe and effective drug therapy and other pharmaceutical care services intended to achieve outcomes related to the cure, diagnosis or prevention of disease, elimination or reduction of patient's symptoms, or arresting or slowing of a disease process, and improve a patient's quality of life in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team. .
Qualifications:
A. Education:
1. Graduate of an ACPE accredited College of Pharmacy.
2. Advanced Degree, Masters of Science, MBA, or Doctor of Pharmacy highly preferred.
B. Experience and Training:
1. Completion of an ASHP accredited residency highly preferred.
2. Two (2) or more years of clinical pharmacy experience highly preferred.
3. Exceptional aptitude or knowledge may be considered in lieu of experience.
4. ASHP Board Certification in area of expertise is highly preferred.
C.Knowledge:
1. Registered Pharmacists in the state of Illinois or eligible for same.
2. Significant general clinical knowledge as well as specific expertise in area of practice.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. Ability to interact constructively with supervisors, peers, support personnel, and students.
5. Knowledge and understanding of general hospital operations.
6. Ability to integrate clinical services, distributive services, education, and research activities.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
