Job Description Junior IT Systems Administrator IBS has an immediate opening for an Junior IT Systems Administrator to join our IT team.
The IT Systems Administrator will maintain and support all software and hardware applications for corporate operations.
He/she will develop computer systems specifications that address business requirements and fit with customer and company system architecture standards.
This includes, operations management of on premise or cloud-based environment for email and integration with key business applications as well as email on authorized mobile devices.
This position reports to the Infrastructure Operations Manager.
Role &
Responsibilities:
Operational support such as incident resolution, incident escalation, critical situation disposition and closure; Service management such as process life cycle management, process improvement, continuous service improvement, and trend analysis; Validation of system access request for appropriate controls and approvals; Ensure proper access by creating, modifying or deleting user account profiles in various systems; Access controls include but are not limited to:
Azure Active Directory user and group accounts; NTFS permissions; Exchange mailboxes; In-house applications; Manage and take responsibility for Mimecast email cloud services; Creation of email accounts and distribution list; Knowledge and experience supporting Citrix VDI; Monitoring ticketing system for access requests and on/off boarding requests; Creation of role based access profiles; Meeting with Business Units to determine system roles for their teams; Create, modify and delete roles as needed; Document and maintain procedures to efficiently manage user access; Periodic user access report, account and licensing audits; Seamlessly collaborate with Windows desktop support group, including providing additional desktop support, as required.
Requirements:
Experience administering and supporting hybrid Office 365, SharePoint, Azure sync and Enterprise Mobility Suite; PowerShell scripting and automation in a Windows environment.
Other scripting languages are a plus; Experience collaborating across multiple teams including Department Managers, Product Owners, Business Analysts and Software Engineers to deliver a product; Ability to communicate with customers on a business level and translate their needs into a technical solution.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required; Technical certifications in a variety of infrastructure including but not limited to AD services, Exchange/Office 365, SharePoint Administration, firewalls, networking, and hardware management; Minimum of 3 years of progressively increasing responsibility.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
