HRIS Business Analyst

The HRIS Business Analyst - Talent Management provides functional support of the Taleo Talent Acquisition and Learn systems, including system configuration and development of ad-hoc reports.
Troubleshooting and maintenance of Taleo Talent and Learning systems.
Provide functional system support for new development or enhancements.
Create requirement documentation:
The analyst must be able to effectively communicate with the business users to gather functional requirements for system processing, screen and/or interface designs.
Create functional specifications to communicate business requirements with IT developers and/or third party vendors.
Create test scripts and facilitate testing issue resolution.
Motivate users to adopt systems and process changes implemented during projects.
Communicate effectively with managers and employees throughout the organization.
Create queries or reports in support of data requests.
Required:
2-years' experience in Talent Acquisition 2-years' experience supporting the Taleo Recruit application Desired:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or Information Services.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
