How You'll Contribute:
You will be responsible for the operational support of Cisco Sourcefire intrusion prevention systems in a global environment Oversee functionality of security systems to ensure security policies are being withheld You'll provide timely maintenance and monitoring of security systems with emphasis on intrusion prevention systems Lead a group of security analysts in their daily operational support activities Responsible for keeping as-build documentation up to date Execute enhancement efforts for one or more security product implementations Partner with Security Architects to understand system requirements and functionality and implements changes to system against the requirements and functional design What You'll Bring Bachelor Degree in an IT related field or equivalent experience At least 5 years of broad experience in Information Security (performing the setup and administration of intrusion detection systems, web proxies, network access control and web application firewalls) At least 3 years of network technology experience with devices such as switches (layer 2 and 3), and routers, Cisco in particular At least 2 years of Cisco Sourcefire management and configuration experience Hands on network security infrastructure deployment experience What we'd like to see:
CISSP or related certification Project Management skills Strong knowledge of TCP/IP and related protocols and packet analysis tools High level of analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to conduct research into security issues and products as required Highly self-motivated and directed.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
