Business Analyst / Project Manager with Eloqua Skills
InfoTech Resources is seeking candidates for a Business Analyst/Project Manager opening with one of our client's in Chicago (Loop).
The position will be directly supporting an existing global digital marketing team (business) and a Sr.
Architect (IT) to deliver marketing automation solutions using the Eloqua platform.
As a result, prior expertise with defining enterprise digital marketing strategies and delivering automated Eloqua marketing are required.
The position is stakeholder-facing and is the primary source of planning and requirements gathering for all enterprise-level marketing efforts.
The BA/PM will partner the technical platform manager for Eloqua, but must be well versed in Eloqua with hands-on expertise building campaigns and using other features personally.
A strong understanding of relevant integrations best practices for CRMs, web properties, and other systems is critical as well.
RESPONSIBILITIES Understand and translate business needs and KPIs into meaningful technical requirements.
Working with all relevant global stakeholders, help define and document those requirements for all enterprise level projects related to marketing automation and Eloqua.
Develop all project documentation across multiple, concurrent projects.
Develop all project communications, including kick-off meetings, meeting summaries, ongoing and regular project reporting, testing documentation and other communication as needed.
Create other project management materials, including project plans, Gantt charts and other communications to ensure that all projects are managed on time and in budget.
Work with all stakeholders and client's technical resource to develop realistic project timelines, coordinating within larger company initiatives and supporting other business, marketing and IT programs and needs.
Develop test plans and coordinate with relevant IT and business stakeholders to test features and program outputs; execute test plans individually as well.
Provide hands-on assistance in building out tests and Eloqua programs, reports, features, etc.
, occasionally, as needed to support larger initiatives.
Provide analytics and reports as needed to support projects and overall marketing/business.
Some night and weekend hours are required.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, concurrent, high-profile projects, with extreme eye to detail and timelines.
Ability to effectively communicate with both marketing and IT stakeholders, translating requirements and solutions as needed.
Hands-on, significant experience with Eloqua is required.
Ability to understand and communicate business needs.
Ability to provide relevant, meaningful documentation to ensure buy-in at all levels of the organization Adept with project management tools and reporting.
Ability to produce standard status reports and effective communications in an efficient manner.
Experience writing test scripts for product features.
Experience with CRMs and integrations, including with Microsoft Dynamics and SalesForce.
Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager and other marketing automation platforms a plus.
Adept with Microsoft Office suite.
Minimum Experience 5
years of relevant experience Experience in managing simultaneous complex tasks from inception to successful completion Educational Level /Certifications Bachelor's degree.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
