Job Description
The Brand Manager, Marketing - RRTE/Cultured will help with creating customer demand for the Kraft Heinz, RRTE and Cultured brand business and help with formulating the brand's long-term strategy and developing and executing marketing plans. They define the brand's pricing, packaging, trade merchandising, advertising and promotion strategies and allocate the budget accordingly. They execute marketing initiatives in support of long term strategies with help from the business unit team. Accountable for delivering the brand's profit, volume and market share objectives. This position assists the business unit team on assigned brands in all aspects of the P&L.
Main Responsibilities:
Responsible for creating consumer demand for assigned brands/categories and formulating the brand's long-term strategy and developing/executing marketing plans. Then assesses their success against the plan. Size and/or complexity of this market is such that more than one professional is usually required to integrate all of the related activities.
Define the brand's pricing, packaging, trade merchandising, advertising and promotion strategies and allocate the budget accordingly.
Execute marketing initiatives in support of long term strategies through leadership of the business unit team.
Owns the P&L for their respective brands/categories.
Leads and negotiates with cross-functional teams to deliver product and packaging changes, including quality improvements, cost reductions, new item launches and developments within set time-scales and budgets.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field. MBA is not required but preferred
Strong experience in product management, brand management and managing a P&L
Ability to perform trend analysis utilizing raw volume data
Ability to handle simultaneous projects and deliver within agreed upon time frames.
Strong organizational and project management skills

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
