Flagship brand for Kraft Heinz + One of the largest food brands in America Opportunity to participate in creation of a new structure and work across brand build centrally and into the business units - good visibility Single most exciting brand building challenge we have Key Components of the Role Lead the Innovation and new product development process Develop pipeline of next generation products that will generate growth. Collaborate with R&D, Consumer Insights, Manufacturing, Engineering, Sales and Finance to take innovation ideas from concepts to reality Create breakthrough communications that will build brand equity and drive long-term growth for the business Collaborative with R&D, Consumer Insights, Manufacturing, Engineering, Sales and Finance to take innovation ideas from concepts to reality Develop a deep understanding of the consumer and leverage consumer insights to drive brand strategy and innovation Lead agency relationships for package design of new products Utilize business analytics (share, volume and revenue drivers, competition) to drive business objectives Minimum Qualifications 5 years minimum experience in marketing for an established or startup CPG company or experience supporting on the agency side (advertising, consulting, media) Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred Operates with a sense of urgency Strong leadership and drive for results Strong communication skills Strategic capability and experience in marketing plan development; situation assessment, strategy and tactical plan development Experience in cross-functional team management Ability to handle simultaneous projects and deliver in agreed upon timelines Understanding of Financial P&L. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
