Job Description Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities: Partner with the global R&D leaders and stakeholders to build a learning strategy to support key organizational and talent imperatives Envision and create the R&D Academy including building out a capability model Design, plan, and implement learning programs in alignment with the Ownerversity learning philosophy including fundamental courses, custom advanced "masters" program, expert and exchange programs Collaborate with HR, Talent, Functional Subject Matter Experts and Business leadership to build programs to support talent pipeline Lead and build out our partner ecosystem as needed to accomplish the organizational and talent imperatives Lead the annual rituals and routines as needed to integrate learning, performance, and MBOs Manage budgets and KPIs allocated to the R&D learning function Demonstrate value and progress by defining and measuring KPIs in alignment with the learning functions MBOs Bring contemporary learning strategy to accomplish the ambitious learning goals Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required 5-7 years of experience in a similar role (preferably supporting R&D, marketing or commercial functions) Deep knowledge of R&D (preferred) Basic understanding of food manufacturing R&D through 2+ year of experience in a technical function Contemporary adult learning expertise including instructional design, LMS, MOOCs, classroom (physical/virtual) training, Digital learning and technology Prior experience working with the Sr. Leadership directly (CHRO/CEO/Business Leaders) Ability to work independently and to plan, organize and set/achieve priorities when performing work Superior interpersonal skills (written, verbal, presentation) Proficient in Microsoft Office programs Strong negotiation skills Willing to travel as required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
