Loyalty Integrated Marketing Manager

Job Description The Integrated Marketing Loyalty Manager is responsible for the Potbelly loyalty program, Potbelly Perks, with a focus on maximizing incremental revenue, driving profitable traffic and improving customer engagement. This role oversees customer acquisition, engagement and retention. This position reports to our Vice President, Integrated Marketing & Customer Engagement and works closely with the senior Marketing team to develop marketing strategies and campaigns. Potbelly looks for creative, innovative and results oriented individuals who thrive in a fast paced environment. The position will require cross-functional interaction and will give exposure to all aspects of a growing business. Key Responsibilities: Owns the strategic direction of the Potbelly Perks customer loyalty program and manages its profit and loss. Maintains budget responsibility for loyalty program. Champion Potbelly Perks internally and serve as primary point of contact for all loyalty-related strategies and initiatives. Creates a cohesive communications plan for all stages and/or segments of the customer loyalty program. Works cross functionally in developing strategic marketing plans and overseeing execution of all aspects of those programs. Establishes and regularly reviews key performance metrics to generate insights, identify opportunities and drive process improvements and results. Works closely with the Consumer Insights team on developing a series of meaningful reports that closely monitors overall program, customer sentiment, and tactical campaigns. Works with external partners and resources to develop and enhance Potbelly Perks program. Leverages partnerships to create new customer acquisition opportunities and/or awareness around program features as well as creates ongoing customer engagement opportunities (sweepstakes, events, etc.). Ensures the overall functionality of the program in shop, potbelly.com and mobile app. Ensures Potbelly markets the program through all appropriate channels. Coordinates all day-to-day aspects of program. Maintains extensive knowledge of loyalty program best practices and competitive landscape. Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned. Requirements Requirements: Bachelor's Degree with Marketing focus benefit. 4+ years of relevant experience in loyalty programs. Extensive knowledge of customer relationship management. Strong analytical and project planning skills. Strong communications skills; ability to effectively communicate information and contribute innovative ideas in written and verbal format. A0013180

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
