Finance Director

Job Description The Juice Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Director will provide overall leadership for the Juice portfolio (Tropicana, Premium Drinks, Chilled Coffee/Tea, Naked Juice, Izze, Kevita) period end results, forecasts, Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and the 5-year strategic plan (PSP), along with financial analysis, consolidation and reporting. The Juice FP&A Director will be the primary liaison between Juice finance and PBNA Sector FP&A, as well as a key contact for the Juice Leadership Team. Responsibilities include: Execute periodic Close and Forecast of the Juice NA P&L, consolidating Tropicana U.S., Tropicana Canada and Premium Nutrition results and explaining variances to forecast, AOP and prior year Build the financial AOP and PSP for Juice, including financial modeling and deck preparation Complete various periodic, quarterly and annual corporate templates including NOPBT cause of change, productivity, innovation, etc. Deliver quarterly POR reviews to BU leadership and cross-functional constituents Provide weekly early reads of Net Revenue and NOPBT to PBNA FP&A Provide insightful analysis of business results to senior management and perform ad-hoc analyses that lead to problem solving and business improving recommendations Partner closely with functional Finance teams such as Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance, SG&A Finance and Control to manage P&L expectations Hire, develop and retain top-tier finance professionals through appropriate training, thought leadership, timely feedback and mentoring Qualifications/Requirements Education/Certification: Bachelor's Degree (Finance or Accounting preferred) MBA or CPA is strongly desirable Work Experience: 10 - 15 years of progressive financial leadership responsibility, ideally with supervisory experience, in some of the following areas: Annual planning, Strategy development, Financial Planning and Analysis, business performance evaluation and Financial Accounting and Control. Skills & Capabilities: Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions, and communicate them to both finance and non-finance constituents, tailoring the messaging to the audience Ability to function effectively in a team environment and gain the cooperation of individuals across the organization Ability to work cross-functionally and influence several levels above Ability to work with large amounts of data, ensuring 100% accuracy Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of management Results-oriented with ability to initiate and lead projects to completion Innovative thinker with a focus on continuous process improvement Ability to handle multiple priorities Proficient in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling) and PowerPoint with the ability to quickly learn various in-house software applications ID: 172090BR

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
