Productivity Director

Job Description Lead Quaker's productivity agenda with a focus on COGS and Value Engineering Lead ideal development, leveraging LSS approach and cross functional brainstorming Drive project governance and completion with strong project management and influence skills Lead / facilitate project identification to develop productivity pipeline and projects for overall performance improvement Ensure projects are integrated with other business activities, improvement projects, and business strategy Lead LSS projects across supply chain. Use good project management to manage team activities, leading teams to execute projects with the problem solving methodology, tracking project status and results, removing and elevating project barriers, and developing LSS Black Belts Provide LSS training for leadership / sponsor, Kaizen Leader, Green Belt and up to Black Belt level Provide coaching for LSS Belts (Black Belts, Green Belts and Kaizen Leaders) Coach LSS Champions in different functions and different business units Lead Lean Six Sigma projects and effectively coordinate these projects with the deployment champion and other improvement project teams Manage the development and maintenance of LSS processes Utilize and accurately maintain Global Powersteering to forecast, report and track savings dollars and cash flows, and manage project stage gate progression Develop a string team with project management and influence capabilities Drive productivity by influence peers and senior leaders to drive breakthrough thinking Facilitate collaboration across Quaker Supply Chain leading Cell Team Meetings and Period & Quarterly Business Reviews Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or Business Internal PepsiCo certified Black Belt. Have effectively led LSS in a region or function 3-5 years of professional level experience in Lean Six Sigma including teaching LSS courses to the Black Belt level, coaching Black Belts and coaching LSS deployment in a large organization. Strong experience in applying LSS in the different parts of supply chain and overall business (including transactional applications) Strong skills in both Lean and Six Sigma approaches including advanced skills in statistics and Minitab. Should have solid project management skills and team leadership skills Ability to lead and direct an improvement team. Must be a results-oriented 'change agent' who is an effective business systems thinker Effectively communicate with all levels to maintain relationships and cooperation in pursuing the Business Unit's goals. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
