Senior Manager, Finance

Job Description The Sr. Finance Manager provides financialsupport for the customer team. The position offers the right candidate an opportunity to analyze and report on sales and trade expense. A top candidate will find ways to use this information to partner with their sales counterparts to grow the business. The Sr. Finance Manager will support the team with the following activities, but not limited to:? annual budget targets, weekly/monthly routine, month-end reporting, revenue mix analysis, customer profitability, in-market performance and hierarchy/integration activities.?? The role provides opportunities to learn the U.S. sales organization structure and business unit categories. The Sr. Finance Manager will work closely with senior management within the group and the field sales team. The right candidate must have strong analytical abilities, systems/financial tools agility (SAP, Excel, PowerPoint and FiT), a sense of urgency and strong organizational skills. This role provides the candidate an opportunity to further develop planning, reporting and strategic thinking skills. Core responsibilities include: -Produce weekly and monthly reporting documents and automate reports to support Rituals & Routines -Manage tradebudgets and maintain accurate forecasting -Coordinate cross functional support to meet deliverables -Monitor and analyze variances; provide reporting to senior management -Develop reporting enhancements and process improvements including those related to merger integration -Support Sales Team P&L activities, including profitability metrics -Ad-hoc analysis and reporting tosupport business needs -Financial planning and reporting -Ad hoc projects -Strategic thought leadership -Continuous improvement of best practices across the business -Analyze and determine insights from key business drivers, trends, and operating metrics by translating data into insights and action -Communicate recommendations to sales leadership and the broader organization -Structure and execute various pricing analyses, including projects involving item elasticity, basket penetration, customer growth and competitive action / reaction -Use findings to develop pricing and merchandising strategies to optimize revenue, margin, customers, and/or basket growth and penetration -Collaborate with senior management to implement newly proposed pricing strategies and initiatives A successful candidate will be comfortable with: -Using Excel and SAP and learning new systems and processes -Being customer focused -Consistently meeting deadlines and working under tight deadlines -Accuracy of data in a time-sensitive environment -Working in an environment with regular processes, but also with new ones and ad-hoc requests -Comfortable talking with and presenting to leadership Minimum Qualifications -Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance -MBA Preferred -Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance -Advanced Excel skills -Strong attention to detail -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Proactive and results-oriented in a time-sensitive environment -Strong analytical skills. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
