Manager of Talent Acquisition

Summary: Reporting into the Director of Talent Acquisition, the Manager of Talent Acquisition will manage our people recruiting efforts and partner with the Regional Directors of Talent Acquisition and Location Human Resources teams providing talent acquisition services and products that enhance the Levy culture and values of attracting the best talent into the company. Results are achieved through intelligent, professional and practical communication, and management skills. Your major areas of responsibility will be full cycle recruiting, ATS systems administration and process improvement. You will always practice and promote the policies and procedures that Levy upholds while fostering strong relationships with regional and field operations through accessibility and responsiveness. Essential Functions: Develops and maintains strong relationships with all Regional Talent Acquisition and Human Resources leaders. Support and manage the end to end recruiting process for senior manager up to vice president level positions at the Home Office, to include but not limited to, fostering hiring manager relationships, delivering on our service level agreement, requisition management, posting advertisements, sourcing, screening and interviewing, candidate correspondence, candidate assessments, employment offers and conducting hiring manager updates. Actively monitor time to fill for open positions. Foster and encourage specific focus on inclusive recruiting and non-traditional hires. Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers on inclusive recruiting, management assessments, candid feedback etc. Utilize recruitment strategy in line with Company strategy. This may include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign, etc. Deliver an exceptional candidateexperience throughout the interview process ensuring our culture shines through. Continuously evaluate and improve configuration of various TA systems to optimize recruiting process and provide a world class candidateexperience to reflect the culture and employee value proposition of Levy. Own administrative duties for various TA systems including user management, system updates and troubleshooting. Collaborate with a cross division approach and mindset covering all aspects of recruiting and talent acquisition so overall consistency is achieved. Support Regional Talent Acquisition to ensure location Human Resource Directors/Managers are properly trained on all talent acquisition technology to recruit independently for all their location roles. Participate in the company university relations programs to recruit for internship and manager in training programs. Support the Regional Talent Acquisition teams on management of weekly and monthly reporting on recruitment activities for the divisions. Ensure compliance with all external regulatory and internal policy recruiting and hiring requirements. Manage special projects as assigned on an enterprise scope Attend and present in industry events to stay current with new approaches in the field of Talent Acquisition. Participate in employment events, such as career fairs, speaking engagements etc. Continually identify and sustain new technology to propel forward and maintain relevancy. Qualifications: 3-5 years recruiting experiencerequired, including technical recruiting (IT / Data Analytics). Bachelor's degree. Previous experienceworking with and maintaining an ATS system preferred. Can share examples of working effectively in a team environment. Can share examples of how they have used data to make decisions to better a process or business problem. Ability to handle multiple simultaneous priorities and thrive in a high paced environment. Well organized and strong attention to detail. Exceptional and professional written and verbal communication skills. Problem-solving, data driven and results oriented; able to deliver according to deadlines. Ability to get results and influence employees at all levels within the organization. Excellent presentation skills and verbal/written communication skills Strong PC proficiency in a Windows environment including Word, OneNote, Excel, Outlook, and Power-Point. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
