Project Manager / Services Sales

Basware Professional Services in North America is looking for a Services Sales Manager to define and propose Professional Service engagements for Basware software solutions. JOB DUTIES: Develop an understanding of the prospect or customer to identify services sales and upsell opportunities Accurately scope Professional Services resource efforts and drive solutions to standards and standardization Structure end-to-end solutions that address complex customer needs Present business and/or technical concepts and multi-part solutions aligned to customers' or prospects' business needs Negotiate project scope as required Demonstrate expertise during calls or reviewing proposal documents Proactively contribute to and maintain a documented business management system that captures current best practice, measures effectiveness and supports continuous improvement TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS POSITION YOU SHOULD HAVE: 3-5 years of sales and project management experience with an understanding of requirements gathering, scope definition, risk mitigation, and change management Bachelor's degreerequired Project management certification, PMP preferred Familiar with business processes related to procurement and accounts payable Knowledge of integrating with ERP systems Ability to multitask and communicate effectively to technical and functional audiences Experience working in a global matrix organization with geographically distributed teams an advantage PREFERRED SKILLS: Outstanding written/oral/presentation skills; able to communicate at multiple levels within customer's organization (executives to analysts) Ability to multitask and communicate effectively to technical and functional audiences Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs, with ability to translate technical solutions to meet functional needs Resourceful and able to find a path forward with minimal guidance while working within company processes and resources Thrives on working with people in a collaborative way to drive effectiveness Alignment with Basware's values: Lead the Way, Drive Customer Success, Strive for Excellence and Inspire and be Inspired At Basware, you will be part of a profitably growing, dynamic and forward looking company. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
