Director of Sales, Retail ( Midwest )

About the Role Eyeview is looking for a Director of Retail Sales - a talented, dynamic and consultative seller to lead sales and account growth on strategic accounts in the Midwest. This position is based in Chicago and will require some travel. Responsibilities Prospect and drive new business revenue for Retail vertical/regional accounts Meet and exceed quarterly sales goals against assigned agency/account list Evangelize and articulate Eyeview's value proposition to assigned brands and agencies Establish deep understanding of Brand's online video strategy and map to Eyeview solutions Leverage contacts to generate business and cultivate deep brand and agency relationships at all levels through focused client meetings, calls, and client-centric entertainment activities Cultivate and own senior level client relationships within both brands and agencies Create account development plans and strategies to facilitate long-term growth and advocate for client needs Build strong relationships with Eyeview senior management and all internal functional teams Represent Eyeview's core values Represent Eyeview at industry conferences and events Utilize Salesforce to consistently and accurately record sales activity Qualifications 5 + years of sales and client management experience working in digital adtech ecosystem BS/BA Degree Demonstrated experience selling technology-focused media solutions working closely with both brands and agencies Passion for generating new business, hitting sales goals, and developing and building deep client relationships Customer-focused leadership with excellent communication, networking, and demonstrated negotiation and consultative solution selling skills Ability to think strategically Excellent knowledge of industry trends, technologies and pricing models Excellent listening and presentation skills Strong time management skills; ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Salesforce.com or equivalent) Preferred Experience Digital performance marketing enterprise sales experience (Video, Display) Network of senior level brand relationships and relevant contacts at brands and agencies RTB or programmatic buying Active in industry trade and networking events Perks & Benefits Unlimited Vacation Policy, Medical, Dental & Vision Benefits, 401K, Cell Phone Reimbursement, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Free drinks & snacks, Sports teams, Catered Company lunches every Friday.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
