Sr. Product Manager

As part of the Wolters Kluwer Health Clinical Effectiveness team, the Sr. Product Manager role is critical to evaluate market needs to develop, build and manage a leading clinical decision support product line for a top global healthcare technology company. Wolters Kluwer Health is an established, fast-growing and innovation-driven healthcare information technology company working on the front lines of clinical care. In this important role, you will draw on your product management expertise touncover pain points in the current clinical workflows and work with -a talented group of cross-functional leads to define overall product strategy. Working with this team, you will define and deliver new capabilities and enhancements that meet market needs, and oversee end-to-end product life cycle management while growing the recurring revenue stream of your product line. You will work in a global capacity, evaluating domestic and international opportunities. Specific responsibilities include developing deep knowledge about these market segments and collaborating with the cross-functional team to define new product opportunities, reviewing and recommending modifications to existing solutions to improve patient outcomes and reduce clinical variability. This position can be based in any one of the following Clinical Effectiveness office locations - Waltham, Chicago, Indianapolis or Hudson, OH. Responsibilities: Accountable for business success of a product line / product in the marketplace. Define, develop and maintain data driven product line strategy to ensure profitable growth. Drive effective execution of the product line strategy, with an emphasis onnew revenue generation Product line strategy definition responsibilities include: Development and maintenance of rolling product roadmaps Lead planning, prioritization and execution of the product roadmap basedon approved business case. Strategy execution responsibilities include: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure product releases are delivered ontime, within budget, and agreed upon scope. Collaborate with cross functional team to manage the development and execution of a comprehensive go-to-market strategy including value prop development, packaging and pricing models and compelling field marketing deliverables that drive positive and meaningful business growth, including ROI analysis for customers. Work closely with sales and services organizations to drive customer adoption of new offerings Monitors market performance of products based on customer response. Works with client support team to resolve customer issues as needed. Serves as a product expert, understands the domain/market, user/buyer personas and end user workflows to prioritizes product requirements and deliver solutions that meet user and market needs. Implement product lifecycle frameworks to ensure effective management of products as they move from concept through retirement. Assumes other responsibilities as requested. Qualifications Education: A Bachelor's of Science (BS) in Engineering or Computer Science. MBA preferred Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience as a product manager, preferably in the healthcare industry. Experience with clinical decision support solutions is a plus Strong organizational skills, including ability to manage and prioritize competing initiatives Demonstrated ability to drive and deliver results Experience developing new product strategies and a successful track record of managing products from concept through retirement Experience working in a cross-matrix organization Familiarity with Pragmatic Marketing, Agile Development processes Strong oral and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications: Entrepreneurial mindset Previous experience with clinical drug informatics, drug concepts or clinical decision support systems highly desirable Travel - up to 25%

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
