BASIC FUNCTION The primary objective of the VP of Global Channel Partners & Alliances role is todefine the growth strategy of Enablon and eVision's Channel Partner ecosystem tosupport both Enablon/eVision and its customers. This role reports directly to the Chief Customer Officer of Enablon & eVision and is a member of the Executive team. Besides their day-to-day responsibilities, the VP of Global Channel Partners & Alliances will contribute to overall company strategy, lead important internal/external initiatives, collaborate with their executive peers in the organization and represent Enablon to key customers, partners and other external parties. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Within Enablon, the VP of Global Channel Partners & Alliances works closely withtheir peers, direct reports and externally with key channel partners and customers to ensure the successful sales and delivery of our solutions This individual demonstrates great leadership with excellent communication and organizational skills and a strong focus on partner satisfaction. Essential duties include: PARTNERS & ALLIANCES -- OPERATION & STRATEGY o Align partner approach and internal services approach/tools to be near transparent to sales/customers o Improve positioning of Enablon with key strategic partners o Ensure sales and customers are successful with partners o Establish strategy to make Enablon the preferred vendor for implementation partners o Develop overall Partner strategy (Services, Technology & Content) o Oversee & administer Partner Program o Oversee Enablon Partner Operations o Act as lead Enablon executive contact with Partner leadership o Manage key Partner KPI's (license revenue, customer satisfaction, partner satisfaction) to meet company performance objectives EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP / STRATEGY / MANAGEMENT o Provide leadership to all Solution Delivery and Partner personnel o Maintain high standards in quality, professionalism and client focus o Support career plans and training for all Solution Delivery and Partner personnel o Participate in yearly company strategic planning and own/drive initiatives within their span of responsibility o Become a key voice in Enablon leadership and a support to fellow leaders o Represent Enablon leadership to customers, partners and other external parties for key events & meetings o Participate and manage yearly budget, compensation process for departments within their span of responsibility #LI-DK1 Division Legal & Regulatory Qualifications Education: Bachelor's Degree is required Fluency in French is a plus Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience working on software or integration projects is preferred At least 5 years of project management and implementation of software solutions for large companies preferred At least 5 years in leadership of a services team preferable Strong and demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships withcustomers/partners Deep experience in software implementation services and software partner channels Strong executive presence and leadership capability Experience running a larger organization with resources distributed geographically Broad business judgement and experience Experience with sales processes, proposal generation, pricing, client presentations, client management Experience working with large software and systems integration companies creating and developing go-to-market partnerships Experience structuring service offerings for both large, comprehensive enterprise implementations Understanding / Experience in effective P&L Management Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication Able to effectively present in front of large internal or external groups ABOUT WOLTERS KLUWER Wolters Kluwer N.V. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
