Job Description University of Illinois at Chicago Architect, Facilities Management (TWO POSITIONS) The Facilities Project Management Group is seeking professionals for the management of assigned design and construction projects. Under administrative direction, the incumbents will oversee projects including remodeling of classrooms, research laboratories, dormitories, student centers, infrastructure, envelope, and site improvements. Job Requirements The ideal candidates will have a Bachelor of Science in Architecture, and a minimum of five years of experience in architectural design, project management, scheduling, cost estimating and construction contract administration. Knowledge of building systems, computer operating systems, AutoCAD, and spreadsheet programs required. Must have strong analytical skills, and excellent oral and written communication skills. Experience at an urban public research university preferred, as well as knowledge of the Job Order Contracting System; an Illinois Architect license is also preferred. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
