POSITION
Summary:

The Content Studio Production Manager position leads the Content Studio and is responsible for elevating the impact of advertising and creative content to help build superior brand equity and drive business results for our First Midwest Banks Marketing Initiatives. This person works in a collaborative fast paced environment to help develop strategy, guide creative development/execution and continually optimize the work. They also manage external agencies and oversee production budgets.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelors degree with a concentration in Marketing
  • 8
    Years experience as a project manager, producer, or studio manager.
  • Proven creative design and copywriting expertise
  • Excellent communication skills - written, visual and verbal.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills - this position will interface across the entire organization.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Excellent people management skills - will be required to set and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Excellent problem-solver - you must be able to think on your feet and come up with solutions quickly.
  • Experience with staff productivity tracking and workload forecasting.
  • Must have experience with Microsoft productivity tools
  • Must be familiar with standard creative tools like the Adobe CC Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator

DUTIES/
Responsibilities:

SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Manage the development and execution of advertising and creative content for the First Midwest Bank across various media.
  • Work closely with a cross-functional team to develop compelling creative briefs, impactful and channel-agnostic campaign ideas and flawlessly execute these ideas on time and on budget.
  • Ensure appropriate measurement and tracking plans are in place to measure performance and optimize the work.
  • Lead the day-to-day operation of production activities for the FMB including overseeing timelines, managing the creative review and approval process and managing the budget process.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
