Senior Manager, Consumer Data and Relationship Management

Reporting to the
Senior Director of Global Omni-Shopper and Digital Consumer Marketing, you will be responsible for the development of first-party consumer recruit, reclaim and retain strategies and regional consultant for execution.
You will work closely with key stakeholders in global and regional business units across brand marketing, promotions, experience planning, media, and other functions.
This role also includes accountability for capability building regional pilots and measurement of data acquisition and engagement efforts.
And, in collaboration with IT, you ll oversee ecosystem implementation and functionality with Adobe, Salesforce, and Epsilon marketing platforms.

We ll also look to you to ensure we have a strong consumer data foundation in place by acting as the global consumer data steward for maintaining governance process, rules, and standards for the collection and activation of consumer data.
Partnering with regional business teams, legal and IT to adhere to and maintain alignment to the Global Data Governance's processes, rules, and standards.

HERE S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU LL BE DOING

  • Consumer Data Strategy:
    With an owner s mindset, you ll contribute to the global consumer data strategy, and influence regions to execute data acquisition and engagement and retention activities for brand, B2B, D2C, and promotional audiences to maintain and grow first-party data.
    You will partner with global and regional eCommerce, media, marketing, IT, and Legal to increase data scale and enhance data collection while complying with appropriate privacy and data collection standards.
    You ll also develop standardized measurement frameworks and global reporting to measure impact on the business.
  • Build Relationship Marketing Capability:
    As CRM subject matter expert, you ll be an advocate for CRM process globally (Email, SMS, Chatbots etc.
    ).
    You will help regions to design, develop and deploy initiatives tied to driving business outcomes.
    This could include B2B, D2C, and B2C activations.
    You ll also train the regions on how to coordinate and facilitate brand, corporate communications, shopper, and eCommerce priorities to develop relationship marketing strategies and campaigns, as well as journey orchestration and automation.
    You will serve as a CRM business intelligence leader, utilizing analytics to drive customer-centric action plans and first-party activations while being the Power User of Epsilon, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Campaign, Target and Analytics, Magento.
  • Global Consumer Data Stewardship:
    Partner with IT Data Governance to create standards and documentation for new or proposed data requirements, business rules, and policy compliance.
    Ensure the business regions and IT adhere to and maintain alignment to Data Governance processes, rules, and standards.
    Create project deliverables such as data requirements, data collection playbooks, and tracking plans that clearly explain every piece of data collected, who is using it, what it s being used for, and who owns it; ensuring the protection of data from unauthorized access, use, change, disclosure, and destruction.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

Required:

  • Bachelor s degree in a related field
  • Extensive experience in consumer data management, governance, eCommerce data, CRM, digital experience, digital product management, and/or data strategy and execution; preferably 8-10 years
  • Significant experience working in the Consumer domain with a focus on data collection/storage/usage with a focus on security, and regulatory compliance; preferably 5
    years
  • Deep understanding of the consumer data landscape 1P, 2P, and 3P data ecosystems, marketing technology, consumer media use cases, privacy and consent management, CRM and loyalty
  • Experience working closely with development teams driving the product management process
  • Ability to craft a vision, diagram it, and gain alignment with colleagues around the globe

  • Advanced degree
  • Global Product Experience
  • Adobe Experience and/or Certifications and Epsilon experience strongly preferred
