As a Sales Financial Analyst in N&I, you will support driving profitable financial strategies, process improvements, and providing actionable insights. Bring your collaboration skills, as you will partner with Sales and other cross-functional team members to deliver decision-making support for key initiatives. This position can sit in Chicago, IL, Solan Beach, CA, or Battle Creek, MI.
HERE S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU LL BE DOING
- Support Sales Initiatives Partner with Sales teams to provide an understanding of the business drivers across the N&I business as well as the feasibility of various initiatives. You will also need to manage timelines appropriately as you will be owning multiple projects at any given time.
- Overhead Support Owner of N&I overhead to ensure accuracy and accountability across functions. Provide cross-functional teams with solution-oriented problem solving to ensure compliance with budget.
- Business Forecasting and Reporting Provide financial forecasts, reporting, and insightful analysis on key P&L line items related to trade spend and overhead.
- Special Projects - Leading the completion of ad-hoc projects related to improving overall business sales and profitability.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
Required:
- High School Diploma and related work experience
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong PC skills with proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Proficient knowledge and use of ERP or other financial planning systems (e.g. SAP, Anaplan)
- Belief in the power of food to make a positive change in people and the world around us
- Entrepreneurial spirit, humility, a servant mindset, and a passion for winning
Bonus Points:
- Bachelors degree in finance or a Business-related field
- Working knowledge of Tibersoft and Tableau.
- Intrinsic enthusiasm for natural foods, natural/organic lifestyle, and nutrition
