Job Summary
The Senior Product Owner within our Electric motorcycle division, LiveWire, is a balanced leader who has the overall responsibility of managing Digital products, creating and delivering a compelling vision that fits the needs of our stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
Manage product definition and delivery, driving sprint goals and scope through prioritized stories.
Implement Agile principles and methodologies, including owning the team backlogs, defining and prioritizing epics, features, user stories and other artifacts to support development goals in collaboration with product management team
Help implement proof of concepts and pilots to validate value of innovation, including defining project scope, requirements and success metrics
Represent the voice of the customer by working with the broader team and stakeholders to understand user personas, pain-points and journeys
Manage and facilitate meetings in a skilled manner that it is inclusive and collaborative in leadership style
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identifying potential issues and devising contingency plans.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's Degree PreferredExperience Requirements
5
years relevant work experience, preferably in digital or software
Experience with Agile development methodologies, user centered design and lean project processes
Bachelor s degree
Experience with Jira or other management tools
Strong experience with MS Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
