The Opportunity This position will have a portfolio of fundraising relationship managers in which to support through fulfilling research needs, pipeline management and portfolio management, balancing & alignment.
Salary Range:
$77,000 to $95,000
Based on Experience Responsible for all management of prospect research including research for corporations, foundations, and individual major gift prospects for assigned relationship managers.
Analyzes, interprets and evaluates biographical, business, personal and financial information for current and prospective donors and produces clear and precise research briefs, profiles and reports including tracking and gift request documents.
Assist with planning and implementing wealth screening/modeling projects and research tool end-user training and evaluate for effective usage.
Review current portfolios with relationship managers with recommendations on assignment adds/changes, review in-process and outstanding pledge entries.
Identifies, evaluates and recommends current and potential donor prospects; ensure parenting of accounts are properly aligned, correct coding is in place for workplace rollups to be accurate and review hand off of accounts from New Business to Existing Business teams.
Review and create Gift Agreement tracking in NGOC and communicate with fundraisers and finance on status of each.
As appropriate, communicate adjustments that may be needed with Gift Agreement setup or pledge entries that need to be done.
Manage prospect pipelines by collaborating with revenue streams by tracking, reporting, and documenting solicitation opportunities and prospect plans.
Identifies and manages reporting needs regarding prospect management and research; analyze and present key findings to fundraising teams.
Analyze and report out metrics on prospect management and research.
Responsible for CRM user training and support for prospect management and research, pipeline management and forecasting.
Liaison with finance regarding pipeline reconciliation.
Partner on the solicitation management/clearance process in creating and supporting revenue forecasts.
Manage vendor relationships, subscriptions and access as it relates to prospect research tools for the organization.
Assist with production of Annual Report; review for accuracy, ensure Annual Report names are updated appropriately, review with each assigned fundraiser.

Required Technical Competencies, Experience, Certifications & Education Five years of equivalent experience of fundraising principles and practices, with an expertise in prospect research and management.
Ability to work tactfully and confidentially with sensitive information; ability to work independently.
Detail-oriented, with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and database aptitude.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
