The Opportunity Feeding America receives donations from third party platforms that will provide large quantities of donor detail.
This position will ensure the receipt of all files, prep data to record via manual entry or through data uploads, both donor biographic information as well as transactional donation details.
Contribute to ongoing process improvement to ensure the workflow results in an efficient and optimized process.
Salary Range:
$44,000 o $55,000

Responsibilities:
Serve as the Philanthropy Services process owner for Third Party Giving, including from Third Party web platforms.
Research, locate and prepare files providing detailed giving for gift entry for third party giving that included Third Party Web platforms, Donor Advised Funds and Employee Giving partnerships.
Apply appropriate coding to donations to accurately reflect revenue in CRM and General Ledger systems.
Create and maintain detailed instructions for each platform on how to receive and process donation files.
Obtain donor transaction data through electronic files needed to record Feeding America donations made through third party platforms.
Validate daily and monthly receipt of donor funds with Gift Manager.
Distinguish the level of complexity of data files to determine if manual entry or data upload needs to occur.
For manual entry, work with Gift Manager to determine appropriate path assignment of entries.
For data uploads, format all files to align to the upload template designed to ensure accuracy into the CRM using existing data templates or collaborate with the Data and Systems team to actively complete and streamline excel templates that will enable bulk batch data uploads for processing.
Work in partnership with the Digital Engagement and Employee Engagement teams to identify and confirm third party giving and employee giving gift and data attributes to ensure proper identification and recording of donations.
Maintain a comprehensive Third Party Giving Platform Inventory, including payment details, platform access and other relevant data points.
Communicate out to Digital Engagement, Employee Engagement and finance the details of new or revised inventory items and seek clarification as necessary.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
