Walls were painted a year ago, but can be repainted upon request. Appliances are not the latest but are clean and fully functional. Laundry machines are new and in good condition. Hardwood floors are used but have been recently conditioned. There is a wooden deck outdoors that is old, spacious and is in fair condition.
